The large windows of the restaurant have panoramic views over the new gardens of fairmont le montreux palace as well as lake geneva and the alps of the “ haute savoie ”. Open Tuesday through Saturday from 7 pm *La Brasserie, decorated in Belle Epoque style, offers a typical cuisine of Parisian brasserie as well as the best Swiss specialities. In our wine card you will find a wide range of specialities of the region and abroad. Open every day from 9 am, hot dishes served between 11.30 am until 10.30 pm *La Terrasse du Petit Palace: A haven of peace with a breathtaking view on the lake and the Alps. If cancelled up to 1 day before the date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged.
